Simplicity is Key to a Happy Tummy.

Who says you need to dine at a fancy restaurant and order a gourmet dish to have good food?

Sometimes, it's better to stay at home, and use simple, everyday ingredients and food to create a snack that everybody in the house would love.

That is what tita did when I started bugging her for some afternoon snacks. In our pantry, all we had was a half of a loaf of bread and some butter. Then . . . PING! Lightbulb!

She made us some Pan-Fried Buttered Bread. We took each slice of bread, spread a generous amount of butter on both sides, and stuck it to the pan to fry. After only a few short minutes, a crispy, buttery delight was born.

So, you see? There's a lot you can do with that bread and butter! Just be creative. ;)
