Last day of the semester! Yey!
And to celebrate the end of one grueling senior semester, my mom treated me to some scrumptious dinner at Gerry's Grill.
This time, we had a whole new array of dishes served in front of us.
- Shrimp Sinigang : Another traditional Filipino sinigang dish, now served with juicy shrimp as the main star.
- Inihaw na Liempo (Grilled Pork Belly) : A premium slice of pork belly grilled to satisfy your palette.
- Banana Shake : Smooth, creamy, and all-banana!
This is definitely a celebratory dinner! :))
