Going Green! (Santa Cruz Beach, California, 2013)

Salad never looked this gooood!

Back at the Firefish Grill at Santa Cruz Beach, I also ordered a salad to neutralize the savory seafood goodness. And this was what I got!

A big plate of fresh handpicked vegetables! Mushrooms, beets, red onions, cucumber, red lettuce, strips of carrots, lemon, and cherry tomatoes. Garnished with some creamy Thousand Island dressing. 

All the veggies were fresh, crispy, and refreshingly delish!
