Even the food here in Las Vegas is sinful. Seriously.
Dinner at the hotel we stayed in - California Hotel and Casino - was a definite pleasure. The fam and I ate at the Market Street Cafe at the hotel lobby.
I ordered their bestselling Market Street Dinners, Porkchops! Two huge slabs of center cut porkchops, perfectly pan-fried and drizzled with apple sauce, sided with buttered vegetables, and a cup of rice.
I've never seen porkchops this BIG. And, the pork was cooked well and tender in all the right places. The vegetables also worked its magic! GAAAH, so good!
Definitely eating here again!
