Chef Antonio's Signature Portuguese Dish! (Macau, 2011)

Macau not only offers the temptation of hotels, designer brands, and casinos.

And aside from it's beautiful landmarks - Macau Tower, A-ma Temple, Venetian Hotel - Macau also presents the elegant Portuguese cuisine.

Last 2011, I am very grateful for this one-of-a-kind experience. I was able to dine at Antonio's. A 3-star Portuguese restaurant located at Taipa Village, Macau which serves authentic Portuguese dishes.

I had the opportunity to have one of Chef Antonio's signature dishes, Portuguese Duck Rice. A premium cut of duck meat with a savory gravy sauce with ground black pepper, served with a cup of rice, and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.

What I love about this dish was the spicy flavor of the sauce, and the tenderness of the duck.

With Antonio's mahogany-themed decor and setting, it gives off a warm ambiance perfect for both private meetings and elaborate functions and luncheons. It's like being in a traditional Portuguese home!

Great atmosphere allows every individual to enjoy the delectable taste of gourmet Portuguese cuisine. Cheers!
