Cake! But for Breakfast?

I love every kind of cake. 

Although I do have a bias for all things chocolate, I do give other flavors a chance! HAHA. 

Here is Goldilocks' Classic Ube Roll. Purple yam flavor folded in soft sponge cake, filled with ube icing and frosting. Topped with cream icing and macapuno or glazed shaved coconut. 

Purple yam, or locally called "ube" and macapuno are just a match made in heaven. It's a classic Filipino dessert combination. And it was all in one cake. 

I wanted to taste the cake, and I couldn't wait until lunch or dinner. HAHA. So, why not have it for breakfast? A little breakfast cake never hurt anybody. ;)
